The Potion of Halitosis is an item in Munchkin. The Potion of Halitosis can be used during any combat, giving a +2 bonus to either side. Alternatively, the Potion of Halitosis can be used to instantly kill the Floating Nose. This is a "usable once only" item worth 100 Gold Pieces.
